RULES & GUIDELINES

To ensure a fair, safe, and successful event for all participants, please carefully review and adhere to the following rules and guidelines:

By participating in Sing Abuja 2025, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these rules and guidelines. Sing Abuja wishes you the best of luck in the competition!

  • Professional Attire: All contestants must be properly dressed for all appearances, including auditions, recording sessions, promotional events, and the live concert. Present yourself in a manner that reflects professionalism and respect for the event.
  • Zero Tolerance for Violence: Any form of fighting or act of violence will not be tolerated and will result in immediate disqualification from Sing Abuja 2025.
  • Voting Requirement: Each contestant must secure a minimum of 250 votes to advance to the second stage (Song Recording). Voting procedures and deadlines will be communicated clearly to all participants. It is the responsibility of each contestant to actively promote their participation and encourage voting.
  • Audience Participation: To ensure a vibrant and supportive audience at the Sing Abuja Concert 2025, each contestant is required to invite a minimum of 30 general admission attendees AND 2 VIP attendees.
  • Customized Tickets: Contestants will be provided with customized tickets to distribute to their invited guests. This will help track attendance and ensure compliance with the ticket requirement.
  • Ticket Distribution: Contestants are responsible for the distribution and promotion of their customized tickets.
  • Ticket Sales: Contestants are required to personally sell at least 10 general admission tickets.
  • Compliance: Failure to meet the minimum ticket invitation requirement may affect a contestant's eligibility to advance further in the competition.

Sing Abuja reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who violates these rules and guidelines or engages in behavior deemed detrimental to the event or its participants.
